Within 8 years, we have given our best to several large and small-scale land and small-scale land development projects under our Consultancy services belt. Over the years, we are delivering best services and have helped our clients in arriving at correct decisions while acquiring the projects. Approximately 17 projects have passed through our watchful eyes and gained benefits by availing our services. Moreover, we guided our clients in complying with the requirements of the Real Estate business and rules.

Director

A consultancy master his unrelenting and never tiring errors act as catalyst for the success of KUTIR GROUP. With his focused activity motivation and for sighted vision in consultancy, construction every project is turned in to a landmark. He is focused on the job of providing consultancy and development & construction of housing societies and tenanted residents of old buildings SRA projects. With over 10 years of diversified experiences, he is also involved in business development, project negotiation, marketing and short & long term planning for the business.

Mahendra P Jain

He is looking after administrative work of the company and co-coordinator between company and the society committees, government work, he also handling day to day work of companies.

Mahendra Trivedi

Director

He is actively involved in preconstruction services, design, development support and dealing with project management issues. He is also relied on for all kinds of contract negotiations and development of administrative network strategies. Have extensively worked in the fields of operations of company, CRM, sales and execution and financial management of company .

She is handling all financials, administration and accounting work of group.

Mr.Krishna Shelke is kutir Group Site Engineer looking after the site related work and handling affairs with contractors, MEP consultancy, Architects, Structural Engineer and project management is handle by him. With his reach experience in Construction part of building will make kutir group to reach organization goals.

Business Development Head

He has done Bachelor Of Commerce from Prahladrai Dalmia lions college economics and MBA (Real Estate management ) 2023 Batch. Dedicated to setting up a robust system to enable standardization of business processes like the document generation, tracking of inventory in real time, and tracking the status of documents in real time. As a Business development head he looks after proposal study, feasibility study for the company. Outside of work, he enjoys meeting people and tracking stock market.
